About the Role
As a Property Manager you will play a key role in ensuring our clients properties are expertly managed providing top-tier service to landlords and tenants alike. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing tenancy agreements renewals and lease negotiations.
- Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance/repairs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants.

- A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with property management software (preferred).
