The Opportunity

Berry Street Yooralla are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager Learning and Development to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that build capability drive performance and support our people to thrive.

As a leader in the Talent and Capability team youll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning strategy ensuring we have the right programs platforms and priorities in place to support a high performing and future ready workforce.

About you:

Youre a passionate learning professional with a proven track record in delivering end to end L&D strategies and programs at combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery and bring a pragmatic people-centred approach to everything that you do.

Youll bring:

  • Significant experience in learning and development leadership roles ideally within complex or fast changing community service or non-for-profit environments
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver learning strategies informed by data and insights
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with experience engaging audiences at all levels
  • Expertise in program design implementation and evaluation
  • Experience overseeing compliance training and managing and LMS
  • A collaborative curious and growth-focused mindset
