About Us:

Tacoma Screw Products is a distribution company that has been supplying industrial supplies fasteners and tools to contractors businessesboth small and largeand individual retail customers since 1946.

We serve a unique mix of wholesale and retail customers which allows us to operate outside of traditional retail hours. We are closed on nights Sundays and holidays giving our employees a better work-life balance.

Compensation & Schedule:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week in-person.
Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour
* Opportunity for a pay increaseafter 90 days of employmentbased on performance
Pay Range: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour.
Annual Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Delivery Driver who thrives in a fast-paced and active environment. Our ideal candidate is flexible organized and takes pride in safely and efficiently delivering and picking up materials. This role requires someone who is dependable open to changing priorities and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to support smooth daily operations.

A Day in the Life:
As a Delivery Driver youll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by performing a variety of essential tasks. Youll drive a company truck for deliveries (no CDL required) and support warehouse and delivery operations as needed. This role is hands-on fast-paced and requires flexibility attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This position requires frequent lifting (up to 50lbs) loading/unloading product into truck customer order picking and other tasks as needed.

Experience and Skills:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Load materials and equipment onto the truck for deliveries
Perform local deliveries to customers and TSP branch locations
Pick and prepare items for outgoing orders
Conduct routine vehicle inspections (tires lights fluids etc.) to ensure safety
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Assist with general warehouse tasks and organization when not driving
Adapt to changing schedules or assignments as needed
Performs other related duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Drivers License: Valid Washington Drivers License and an outstanding driving record
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in deliveries order picking and vehicle checks
Communication & Math Skills: Solid verbal communication and basic math skills
Flexibility & Reliability: Open to shifting priorities and consistently dependable
Team Player: Works well both independently and with a team
Experience: Warehouse and forklift experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:
This position requires:

Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
Performing repetitive movements including bending reaching and lifting
Sitting standing or walking for extended periods
Working in a consistent and often fast-paced environment
