WHAT WILL YOU DO

The SME will provide lease administration support services for our client General Services Administration (GSA) located in Denver CO.

Although assignments may be for a specific geographic assigned area the SME will not be limited to that workload and may be requested to assist in or work on special projects or other geographic areas that may arise. Their primary duties include annual file reviews operating cost adjustments real estate taxes analysis changes of ownership and administrative support. The SME may be assigned a larger work load handle more complex actions and/or support their Team Lead as needed such as assigning actions monitoring the workload tracker progress providing guidance to analyst inquiries or handling escalated matters and training.

Education

Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

Minimum General Experience and Skills

Analyst with at least six (6) years of work experience as an analyst or in a program support role.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to research identify analyze and correct past lease administration errors;
  • Pleasant personality;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing business and system programs required to complete responsibilities;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Computer savvy;
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention

Ability to obtain HSPD-12 credentials.
