The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for the execution efforts to source evaluate and interview candidates ensuring sufficient and appropriate candidates to fill open and available positions across our clients and offer consultative recommendations and coaching. The Executive Recruiter must have recruiting experience and be adept in the use of various recruiting platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Cogent Analytics Human Resources/Recruiting team and with external partners to source exemplary candidates for open positions.
Work with the consulting team and their clients.
Monitor volume of candidates available to fill open positions through oversight of the Recruiting teams efforts.
Establish and manage relationships with colleges and universities to promote Cogent Analytics as a viable employer in the community.
Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining challenges and opportunities within the recruiting efforts.
Develop and provide continuous training to members of the recruiting team to ensure their success.
Regular communication with CA leadership to assess staffing needs both current and forecasted.
Regular participation in all functions of the recruiting process.
Source candidates via LinkedIn ZipRecruiter referrals and other platforms.
Assist in the maintenance of the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
Review resumes collected and consider their fit for an Overview Discussion (first-round interview).
Communicate with candidates to schedule first-round interviews.
Conduct first-round interviews to assess the candidates cultural experiences and basic skill set.
Progress candidates through the Cogent Analytics recruiting system appropriately.
Communicate with candidates not moving forward in a timely and respectable manner.
Research and present alternative sources for candidates.
Communicate regularly with the Human Resources team regarding pipeline status of candidates.
Meet standards and metrics of production in categories such as resume review first contact interviews conducted source potential candidates.
$65000 - $75000 a year
Above base plus additional incentives.
