Help Desk/Trainer
Fully Remote
The Help Desk / Trainer shall provide support to end users for basic computer application system device access and hardware issues. The Help Desk / Trainer shall have experience in the following:
- Identifying researching and resolving routine technical problems of low complexity.
- Responding to telephone email and online requests for technical support.
- Documenting tracking and monitoring problems using applicable systems and tools.
- Coordinating with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
Requirements:
- MUST have a current Secret clearance
- Work hours are from 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
Halviks pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
