This limited-service full time openings exist for Centralized Service Analysts. This Access to JusticeSpecialistwill join the Access & Resource Center (ARC). The Limited Service position term will end 6/30/28.

TheCentralized Service Analyst (CSA) Access to JusticeSpecialistwill join the Access & Resource Center (ARC) to provide services to people navigating the courts without an attorney. Help is provided primarily by phone and email and includes information about court processes help with court forms and information about ways to get the help of an attorney.

Description
The ideal candidate is committed to supporting the Judiciarys mission to provide equal access to justice. They should have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes clearly. They should be proactive organized and flexible. Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on positive empathetic and professional attitude is strongly preferred. The position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their start in the legal field or to use previous legal experience to enhance access to justice. Preference given to experience working with people from diverse economic cultural and educational backgrounds who may be in crisis or under stress.
