Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced SAP Professionals to bring maturity to their existing operational risk approach. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in enterprise IT risk management and can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan.
Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role build a culture of strong risk management and advance their career within Computacenter.
What youll do
- You are part of an SAP Applications Department within a global acting Support Team of currently 7 people.
- In cooperation with the technical consultants of the team you are working in a hybrid solution and ensure the ongoing production operation for all SAP users at international group level.
- After a comprehensive onboarding you have a fundamental overview about our internal SAP processes and actively support our users and ensure qualified SAP second level support for the SAP system.
- You are analysing and fixing upcoming technical SAP issues.
- You are Monitoring theissue tracking system for newly userissues and follow process to meet service level agreements.
- You create knowledge-based articles tohelp usermitigate or circumvent known problems.
- You Assist with upgrades new releases and monitor performance of the technical objects.
- You implement customer requirements and correct errors using SAP customizing or SAP ABAP/4 programming: BAPIs BADIs RFCs IDOCs LSMW Smartforms user exits BDC coding and interfaces.
- You develop enhancements.
- You are writing technical specifications.
What youll need
- Technical education or studies in IT or a comparable qualification/professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of ABAP OO Programming and knowledge how to analyse issues via Debugging.
- First experience with S4 Hana is an advantage.
