Now Hiring: Residential Counselors
We are actively seeking Residential Counselors to provide support supervision and care to individuals in community-based residential programs. This is a great opportunity for compassionate dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful impact.
Shift Openings
Norristown:
- 1st Shift Sunday through Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (3 openings)
- 2nd Shift Sunday through Thursday: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
- 2nd Shift Friday through Monday: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM (2 openings)
- 3rd Shift Friday through Monday: 12:00 AM 8:00 AM
Philadelphia:
- 1st Shift Friday through Monday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift Sunday through Thursday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 2nd Shift Tuesday through Saturday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 2nd Shift Wednesday through Sunday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 2nd Shift Friday through Monday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision guidance and support to individuals in residential programs
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (as needed)
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Document client activity and progress
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Valid drivers license Required
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient and reliable
- Prior experience in human services or residential care is a plus but not required we provide training!
