Job Description
Title: Sales Associate
Location: Hybrid Must reside in Central or Northwest Ohio (north of Columbus) or be able to travel the region extensively
Company Description: Leading provider of technical education equipment and workforce development training solutions
Position Description: Manage and grow a $23M book of business within the post-secondary education and workforce development market. This role involves full-cycle consultative B2B sales with a focus on technical education programs across Central and Northwest Ohio. Youll inherit 2030 high-value accounts and collaborate with a strong Ohio-based team.
MUST HAVEs:
35 years of proven outside B2B sales experience (capital equipment or technical product sales preferred)
Experience selling into or working within post-secondary education CTE or workforce development
Assertive dynamic and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM systems Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Comfortable managing extensive regional travel and autonomous scheduling
Compensation: $90000$100000 OTE (Year 1)
$400/month vehicle stipend gas reimbursement company expense card
$50/month phone reimbursement or company phone
