Overview:
Kaeppel Consulting is hiring an experienced Project Manager with a background in general civil engineering to lead the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. This on-site position in Austin TX focuses onsupporting a variety of civil initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Kaeppel Consulting is hiring an experienced Project Manager with a background in general civil engineering to lead the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. This on-site position in Austin TX focuses onsupporting a variety of civil initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction and close-out.
- Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to budget schedule and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors city departments and utility providers.
- Provide project documentation and regular updates to leadership.
- Participate in project meetings field inspections and stakeholder communications.
- Report to an assigned Project Management Supervisor.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of municipal design standards permitting processes and construction oversight.
- PMP certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
