About the role:
As a Senior Manufacturing Lead you will lead an assigned production area within our U.S. manufacturing operations driving process improvements team development and operational stability. This role is key to ensuring our production goals around Safety Quality Cost and Delivery are metwhile engaging and growing your team members.
Youll support and implement core manufacturing principles like line balancing root cause analysis and the Electrolux Management System all while building a high-performing empowered team culture. If youre passionate about leading people and optimizing production this is your next step forward.
What youll do
In detail you will:
Develop and manage Job Descriptions and Skills Matrices to build and align team capabilities
Lead performance reviews timecard accuracy and coaching conversations to support employee growth
Drive line balancing time studies problem-solving and labor optimization in your production area
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
Support Autonomous Maintenance and other Lean Manufacturing tools
Foster a safe collaborative and open team culture aligned with Electrolux values
Contribute to environmental sustainability and workplace excellence efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or equivalent experience
5 years of experience supervising in a manufacturing setting with a strong grasp of process improvement tools and project leadership
Proven track record in team development coaching and engagement
Ability to read technical drawings and produce written documentation and reports
Familiarity with ERP Time & Attendance and OEE systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in root cause analysis and exposure to Material Flow Welding Enamel or Robotics is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
Where youll be:
You will be based at one of our U.S. manufacturing facilities in Springfield TN. This role is 100% onsite.
