About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at The Learning Experience #317 in Oviedo FL as a 2-Year-Old Teacher! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social emotional and cognitive development.
- Foster a safe nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for 2-year-old children.
- Engage children in interactive and educational activities including arts music and play.
- Observe and assess childrens progress providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs development and classroom activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:- Must have a high school diploma; an associates or bachelors degree in early childhood education is preferred.
- Experience working with young children preferably in a daycare or preschool setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to create a positive engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible patient and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with children.
