Job Description

- Maintain communication with dispatch your manager parts and installation teams.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time high quality installations.
- Keep your company truck clean inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum Type I and II C.F.C. certification
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background check
- Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics and on roofs
- Ability to work in hot cold wet weather
- Ability to safely climb ladders related to commercial rooftop work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and interpret measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent listener and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong sense of honesty and inner strength to be positive even when others are not
