The Team:The OSTTRA Technology teamis composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals whobuildsupportandprotect the applications that operate our network. The technologylandscapeincludeshigh-performancehigh-volume applications as well as compute intensiveapplicationsleveragingcontemporarymicroservices cloud-based architectures.

Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and Planning:Develop and implement QA strategies test plans and schedules.

• Risk Management:Identify assess and mitigate risks related to software quality.

• Resource Development:Build mentor and support a high-performing QA team fostering their professional growth.

• Hands-on Testing:Provide hands-on support in testing activities including functional integration regression testing - manual and automated and supporting the CICD process.

• Automation Strategy:Drive development and implementation of automation framework to enhance testing efficiency -prioritizing test cases and ensuring coverage of business and technical requirements.

• Proactive Approach:Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.

• Initiative:Take ownership of quality-related tasks track KPIs and drive improvements.

• Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders.

• Production Support:Assist in resolving production issues related to software quality. Drive RCA and future mitigation

• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with development product project and AS teams to ensure seamless integration and quality.

• Proven experience in a QA Lead role.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.

• Experience with BDD test automation tools and frameworks.

• Excellent coordination planning and risk management skills.

• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and global team environments.

Additional Useful Skills:

• Experience with performance testing.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
