Location: Sarasota Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: Piece Rate $15.00 per meter (20 meters per day expected)
Project Duration: 2 Years (129000 meters scheduled for replacement)

Job Responsibilities:
Install replace and maintain residential and commercial water meters
Accurately record and report meter data using handheld devices
Troubleshoot meter-related issues and ensure correct readings
Maintain clear detailed records of installations and repairs
Follow safety procedures and comply with utility regulations
Interact professionally with customers
Training Provided:
Dont worry if you havent installed a meter before. We provide comprehensive paid training (3 to 5 days). If you bring a strong work ethic well help you gain the skills you need to succeed quickly and maximize your earnings.
Qualifications:
Prior water meter or plumbing experience is helpful but not required
Comfort using hand tools and working outdoors
Ability to work independently and meet daily goals
Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is required to perform this job (trucks preferred; cars acceptable)
Physically capable of lifting kneeling and working in meter pits
Work Conditions:
Field-based role throughout the Sarasota area
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Flexible scheduling for high performers
Meter pits have been professionally vacuumed for cleaner installation access
Pay Structure:
$15 per meter installed
20 meters per day expected once trained
Paid training at hourly rate
Weekly pay via direct deposit
