We are looking for an Analysis Solutions Manager to lead our growing team of data analytics experts working for the Customer Success Department. This individual will manage the processes and people responsible for meeting ServiceChannel customers data and analytical needs - including BI dashboard and report building as well as investigative analysis projects. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for both strategic and tactical analytics project planning tracking and reporting to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders. They will ensure data accuracy and consistency by enforcing optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.
The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and our customers. They will utilize strong organizational skills to support tracking and reporting of team activities and be able to contribute and mentor when advanced analysis skills are required.
