We are thrilled to announce an exciting secondment opportunity for the role of Business Operations Manager for Engineering Maintenance Utilities & Risk Management (EMU/RM) team for the Sanford Site. This position offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to our dynamic team.
What You Will Achieve
As a Business Operations Manager you will be instrumental in optimizing our operations boosting efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the various teams within EMU/RM and with various departments across the Sanford site. This role ensures smooth business processes facilitates Culture and Talent Development for EMU/RM organization provides strategic direction across functions and leverages resources to deliver results directly and indirectly around critical business challenges.
How You Will Achieve It
Own and lead IMEx CI Loop process for EMU/RM organization.
Provide leadership within the department through high quality dynamic workshop facilitation as situations arise (problem solving brainstorming strategic prioritization etc.).
Facilitate activities aligned with Pulse Survey Action Plans to improve engagement lower attrition rates and improve well-being.
Responsible for overseeing and directing business processes for the department including creation sustaining and improving existing and/or new processes.
Responsible for culture development and talent planning that includes Pfizer values and behaviors employee experience our way of working coaching mentoring and colleague development.
Monitor Performance Metrics and provide actionable insights for EMU/RM. Facilitate engineering leadership team meetings to review key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; ORa PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 yearsof experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years ofrelevant experience.
Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Track record in project/program management in an agile way of working.
Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Nice-to-Have
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requirements are typical for an office-based work environment with some shop floor exposure. There are no unusual physical or mental requirements for this position.
