You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Director Student Health & Well-Being the Manager Student Wellness Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the student health and wellness services including medical and mental health staff (nurses contract physicians counsellors health promoters) at all campuses to enhance student safety and well-being across the student lifecycle and in response to diverse student needs. The role includes leadership and planning overall budget review and responsibility service integration provision of clinical services to students through a culturally relevant and responsive lens operational management/administration (facilities equipment and employees) effective staffing team collaboration regulatory compliance with clinical standards and protocols and leading continuous quality and cost improvements. The role is very compliance driven and requires service innovation to meet the changing needs of our environment and the diversity of our students lived experience(s). The Manager builds and maintains exceptional partnerships and serves as an adviser to faculty staff and students in regard to physical and mental health care support services. The Manager works closely with Student Affairs Academic Faculties Student Union and contract physicians as well as other community partners such as local Public Health units and other community service providers.

You are passionate about preventative health and wellness specifically program design and implementation of health services.
You have a keen interest in building relationships and partnerships with diverse groups.
You are an innovative creative and professional role model.
