We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to lead automation and reporting initiatives that support governance execution & delivery and operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Power BI Excel SharePoint and other tools to drive data-informed decision-making across the enterprise.
Is this role right for you In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support business performance and regulatory reporting.
- Lead governance processes for reporting and automation ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and risk controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements translate business needs into technical solutions and manage project delivery.
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for document management workflow automation and team collaboration.
- Champion best practices in data visualization automation and governance across the organization.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role - Wed love to work with you if you have:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis reporting or automation roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX Power Query) Excel (macros pivot tables) and SharePoint (site management permissions).
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks risk management and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in financial services or risk transformation is a strong asset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems or related field.
- Certifications in Power BI Microsoft Power Platform or project management (PMP Agile) are considered assets.
