Overview
Susquehanna is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Head of Trading and Senior Leaders within the Management Committee. This is a dynamic fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on anticipating needs managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional support with discretion and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Act as a trusted liaison for the Head of Trading and other Senior Executives ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
- Manage complex calendars aligning schedules with strategic priorities and ensuring executives are fully prepared for meetings events and travel.
- Coordinate intricate travel arrangements including flights accommodations ground transport and itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsable to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A polished confident presence with experience representing executives externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
