The Position
LIZY is looking for a Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. Once a lease contract is signed you need to make sure it gets through various logistics and operational processes scheduled for delivery and eventually delivered by our partners all as fast as possible!
- Youll be the one connecting our compounds (where the cars are stored) our delivery partners and our customers all to ensure our cars get delivered to our customers on time and in good fashion.
- Youll be in contact with clients via mail and phone to assist them and answer their questions regarding their delivery appointment their contract or other questions.
- Youll be coordinating external partners to ensure a smooth preparation of each new and existing leasing contract.
- Youll help clients take their first steps with their LIZY-car and will follow-up on some post-delivery issues.
About you
- Experience: You have 0-2 years of experience in a customer care or logistic coordinator role or you have the ambition to go there!
- Entrepreneurial: You love the idea of being part of a Start-Up solving complex problems in a fast-growing environment.
- Team: You thrive in being part of a small team working from an amazing office in the famous Flagey-building!
- Work ethic: You have a true problem solving-mentality and are ready to go the extra mile to help our customers.
- Passion for cars is a plus!
- Fluent in French Dutch and English.
