Job Location: Athens Greece
PositionOverview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Communication ProductManager to drive the expansion and sales of Huaweis IP product portfolio. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in IPtechnologies a proven track record in product go-to-market (GTM) strategiesand the ability to foster customer and partner relationships. Candidates withprior experience at leading networking companies are highly preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Expansion & Sales:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Huaweis IP product market share including routers switches and related solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities build customer pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical expertise during customer engagements to address complex IP networking requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with regional sales channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for continuous improvement.
Technical Leadership:
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g. IPv6 SDN network security) and competitor offerings.
- Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for internal teams and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management sales engineering or technical roles within the data communication/IP networking industry.
- Strong technical expertise in IP protocols routing/switching VPN and network security solutions.
- Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
