Location: UK-Based (Remote)
Compensation: Fixed stipend percentage commission from court resolution
Start Date: Immediate

Were looking for a sharp proactive junior legal mind a newly licensed solicitor or experienced paralegal to take the lead on a focused real-world litigation case. This is a hands-on role offering deep exposure to civil procedure strategic filings and court resolution from the ground up.

What Youll Do
Manage the end-to-end litigation process against a known party
Draft and file legal correspondence claims and responses
Communicate with the courts opposing parties and involved stakeholders
Work with founder/client to build a clean strong and compelling case
Adapt and respond as the case evolves (ADR settlement or escalation)
Were Looking For
A recently licensed solicitor or an experienced paralegal with litigation exposure
Someone hungry for experience visibility and results
Fluent in English; clear strategic communicator
Able to manage case momentum with minimal hand-holding
Bonus: interest in commercial or civil disputes or familiarity with small claims or contractual disputes in UK courts
Compensation
This is a hybrid structure:
Fixed stipend (project-based)
Attractive commission from any awarded or settled amount
