Job Title: Finance Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)
Job Location: Dsseldorf Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Support the management of sales expenses administrative expenses and marketing expenses of Huaweis business in Europe including:
- Analyze the execution of monthly expenses review the execution progress of various expenses identify business risks and issues in advance and provide financial solutions and suggestions.
- Analyze the deviation between the forecast and the actual accounting result locate the reasons for the deviation support the design of improvement solutions and improve the forecast quality.
- Regularly edit monthly and quarterly expense reports.
- Cooperate with business controllers (BCs) to monitor expense compliance such as SSE spot check and expense PR review etc.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelors degree and above major in Finance or relevant.
- Professional knowledge and experience in financial management planning budgeting forecasting.
- Strong data analysis skills including interpreting data identifying trends and drawing conclusions. Be able to efficiently manage and analyze large amounts of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word Excel PPT) especially proficiency in advanced Excel features.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
- Stakeholder management good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively coordinate internal and external resources required by tasks.
- Previous working experience at MNC is preferred.
