Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS & NodeJS) to join our growing development team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Youll work closely with product managers designers and other engineers to deliver solutions that create impact and delight users.

Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end code using ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean scalable and testable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work with DevOps and QA to ensure smooth deployment and continuous delivery.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6).
- Proficiency in NodeJS and related back-end frameworks (e.g. Express).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.
- Experience in test automation and tools like Jest Mocha or Cypress.
