Sales Manager Credit Cards
Department: Retail Liabilities / Credit Card Sales
Location:Kolkata
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
3 7 years of experience in credit card sales or retail lending
Prior experience managing a team and achieving aggressive sales goals
Familiarity with KYC compliance and digital application platforms
Job Purpose: To manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of dues through strategic follow-up negotiation and relationship management while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
