Job Description
RN-Operating Room Permanent Role
- Location: Dallas TX 75246
- Shift: 12 HR Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Clinical Judgment: Perform accurate assessments and implement patient care plans; adapt plans as needed for improved outcomes.
- Clinical Inquiry: Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Caring Practices: Foster a safe therapeutic environment and manage patient comfort.
- Response to Diversity: Incorporate patients cultural and personal values into care planning.
- Advocacy: Support patient rights and participate in resolving ethical concerns.
- Education: Educate patients families and team members; promote health and disease prevention.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Delegate appropriately and foster interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Systems Thinking: Apply efficient resource-conscious problem-solving strategies.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- Proficient in Robotics Trauma Scrubbing and Circulating
- License/Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Texas License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)-required (or within 30 days of hire)
