Job Description:
GiGa-Ops Global Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is an onsite role with an immediate joining requirement. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals social media referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment preferably in IT/Non-IT hiring.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring lateral hiring and niche skill hiring.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc. and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
