Overview
The PRT Hindi role is crucial in fostering a love for the Hindi language among young learners. As a primary teacher you will create an engaging and dynamic learning environment where students can develop their reading writing and speaking skills in Hindi. This position not only emphasizes language proficiency but also the cultural richness embedded in Hindi literature and traditions. Your contribution will lay the foundation for students to appreciate the nuances of the language facilitating their overall academic growth and personal development. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for Hindi.
- Teach Hindi language skills including reading writing and conversation to primary school students.
- Create an engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Incorporate multimedia and technology in lessons to enhance language acquisition.
- Prepare and distribute learning materials including assignments handouts and resources.
- Organize and facilitate group activities and projects to foster collaboration among students.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through regular tests and assignments.
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them overcome language challenges.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities.
- Attend staff meetings professional development sessions and parent-teacher conferences.
- Integrate cultural aspects of Hindi-speaking regions into the curriculum to enrich students understanding.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adopt differentiated instruction techniques to cater to various learning styles.
- Enhance students self-confidence and communication skills through participatory activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hindi Education or a related field.
- A teaching certification or diploma in elementary education.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Experience designing curriculum and lesson plans for Hindi language instruction.
- Ability to assess and evaluate student learning effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create a conducive learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
- Passion for promoting diverse cultural perspectives.
