Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell personal development programs and global retreats
- Engage with warm leads through virtual consultations
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Mentor and coach emerging team members
- Represent our brand authentically online and in-person
- Execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversion
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts
What Were Looking For

- Proven experience in sales business development or client success
- Excellent communication relationship-building and leadership skills
