As a Total Rewards Specialist you will support the Total Rewards Lead in the administration and of WebBeds global compensation benefits and recognition programs. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team regional T&C Executive Partners and business leaders to ensure that our programs are competitive aligned with company objectives and responsive to the needs of employees across different regions.

Collaborate with the Total Rewards Director to execute the global total rewards strategy tailoring programs to address regional and cultural needs while maintaining alignment with WebBeds mission and values. Manage day-to-day operations of programs related to compensation benefits and recognition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Total Rewards Lead in administering the design of global compensation benefits and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate with T&C departments to ensure alignment of total rewards programs with local and regional market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
  • Support the implementation of annual salary review bonuses and benefits renewal processes.
  • Provide analytical support by generating reports on compensation benefits trends and program effectiveness.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation offerings providing clarity on program details.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials for internal stakeholders to enhance understanding and engagement with total rewards initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update the HRIS and compensation tools with accurate data.
  • Support the Total Rewards Lead in tracking and reporting on program performance making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with compliance checks audits and reporting related to compensation and benefits.


The skills we would like to see in your suitcase:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within total rewards and compensation.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in HR/Talent & Culture compensation or benefits administration (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems or compensation software.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and with regional stakeholders.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex programs in a simple manner.
  • A basic understanding of compensation and benefits practices with an interest in expanding knowledge in the field.
  • Knowledge of global labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
