With a strong presence in both online and offline markets we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our on-ground retail and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers distributors and salon partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads expand the customer base and increase product penetration.
- Ensure product availability visibility and proper placement in retail stores.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for order processing scheme implementation and promotional activities.
- Collect and report competitor information market trends and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve order-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of field sales experience and nbsp;in the FMCG Beauty Cosmetic or Personal Care and nbsp;industry.
- Strong understanding of retail sales distribution channels and market coverage.
- Goal-oriented energetic and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Experience in launching new products is a plus
