You experience is:
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Construction or Windows Doors or Glass manufacturing experience will be a plus.
- Background in day-to-day production planning prioritization of tasks and execution based on operational demands.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Experience / knowledge in Window & Door industry an asset.
Education & other requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Clear Criminal Background Check.
Working Conditions
- Lifting and/or carrying anywhere from 0llbs to 50llbs.
- Work in a production facility.
- Patrol premises – navigate ladders ramps stairs and run-on occasion.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Involves sitting walking standing bending stooping on a regular basis.
- Walking near to heavy tool and moving machinery.
- Exposure to all types of weather conditions and dirt dust and noise.
- Flexibility in scheduling depending on production demands – able to work day &/or evening shift.
- Opportunity for overtime on short notice due to operational needs.

Reports to: Production Line Manager / Supervisor
Direct Reports: Assembler Glazer Machine Operator or helper.
