Job Description
bout the Role:
Tivoli sWorld Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Welders to support our clients operations across various construction manufacturing and industrial job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience a solid understanding of blueprints and a commitment to producing high-quality structurally sound welds.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG TIG and/or Stick welding on various materials including steel aluminum and stainless steel
Read and interpret blueprints welding symbols and technical drawings
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for job requirements
Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with client specifications
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area
Collaborate with supervisors and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder in construction fabrication or industrial environments
Proficiency in at least one major welding technique (MIG TIG Stick)
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Welding certification(s) preferred (e.g. AWS NCCER)
Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Education
2+ years of experience in framing (residential or commercial) Proficient with framing tools: saws, nail guns, levels, squares Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolds, or rooftops Familiarity with engineered wood products and layout techniques Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable transportation and punctual work habits
