Job Description
We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our diverse team. In this role you will be instrumental in planning executing and evaluating marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers customers and cross-functional teams across Sweden and in our sister companies DEPAC and VM Kompensator. The position is based at our office in Hgsbo and reports to the Country Manager Sweden/ Finland.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns (digital content and print) aligned with business objectives
- Plan and oversee product launches events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness in relevant markets
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations including budget tracking and KPI analysis
- Create graphic content for campaigns social media newsletters websites and printed materials
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to generate high-quality leads
- Monitor market trends customer insights and competitor activities; propose actionable improvements
- Supervise third-party agencies and external partners as needed (media creative PR etc.)
- Ensure the brand message is consistent and compliant with group guidelines across all platforms
- Design presentations infographics icons and other marketing and communication materials

Marketing Manager Requirements & Competencies
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience working with both digital and print media
- Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform for communication and marketing
You are structured and self-motivated able to manage several projects in parallel and have with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You want to work closely with others in project teams and you actively contributes to a positive team environment. It is important that you are used to prioritize and the ability to handle changes in a fast-paced business. Creativity combined with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
