Job Description
Are you a people person
Were looking for a HR Specialist for an international company leader in water market.
Role will be based in Poznan Poland for 1 year.
Functions:
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Monitor budgets by department
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Help maintain HR systems and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities performance reviews and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Psychology or Business Studies
- Min. 3 years in an independent HR Specialist position
- Experience of working with both White Collars (managers) and Blue Collars (manual workers).
- Experience of working with logistics and transport (drivers) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Polish labour law
- Experience in preparing payroll
- Qualities: assertiveness and self-confidence
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Polish native speaker
- English level advanced
