As the Project & Administration Officer Global Education Initiatives you will play a key role within The University Office of Global Affairs (UOGA) contributing to the operational success of the Global Education Initiatives (GEI) portfolio.
About the Role
Operating with a high level of independence and initiative the position leads and manages the administrative services governance project management and stakeholder engagement to deliver Transnational Education (TNE) programs and global Lifelong Learning (GLLL) initiatives in alignment with the Universitys Global Strategy.
You will lead and manage high-level administrative operational and project support for GEI initiatives including executive support governance coordination stakeholder engagement and compliance with university and global education policies. Provide expert advice facilitate communication and support cross-functional projects aligned with the Global Strategy and lifelong learning while ensuring discretion collaboration and timely delivery of outcomes.
About You
You will be a highly experienced Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a flexible solutions-focused approach. You will have demonstrated high-level administrative operational and project support skills with the ability to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
