Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and driven Recruiters and Recruiting Interns to join our growing team at Pranam Recruiters. The role involves end-to-end recruitment client coordination and candidate engagement for various domains including IT Non-IT and International hiring.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals social media and networking.

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

  • Maintain candidate and client data in ATS.

  • Follow up with candidates post-interview and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Support internal documentation and recruitment reports.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and timelines.



Requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • For Interns: Any graduate or final-year student with strong interest in recruitment.

  • For Recruiters: 0 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals (preferred).

  • Willingness to learn adapt and grow with the team.



Benefits

Compensation:

  • Interns:/month (based on interview)

  • Freshers to 1 year experience: 10000 to 12000/month

  • 1 2 years experience: 15000/month

  • Incentives:

    • Domestic Placements: Up to 20% profit share on placements (Average 1 to 5k/placement)

    • International Placements: Up to 40% profit share on placements (Average 15 to 25k/placement)

  • Diwali and yearly performance bonuses extra


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Work from home available (Upto 50% Commission on placements only basis)
