Provide first-level technical support for software hardware and IT services.
Log and track support requests using the company s ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Maintain documentation of issues resolutions and follow-up actions.
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and support.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Technical QA) for issue resolution and feedback collection.
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Computer Science or IT preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of basic IT and networking concepts.
Problem-solving attitude and strong customer orientation.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools is a plus.
Prior experience in IT customer support or a helpdesk role.
Exposure to SLA-based service environments.
Knowledge of remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer AnyDesk).
