The role:
You ll be managing a broad client portfolio across audit and accounts supporting a range of businesses from owner-managed companies to larger groups across a wide variety of sectors. Your role will be split between leading audits reviewing accounts and supporting a small team with their development.
You ll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of clients across audit and accounts
Planning leading and reviewing audits from start to finish
Reviewing statutory accounts corporation tax computations and general compliance work
Supporting and mentoring junior team members helping them grow and progress
Building strong client relationships and providing sound business advice
Working closely with partners on strategy growth and team development
Requirements
What were looking for:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong experience in both audit and accounts within a UK accountancy practice
Proven ability to manage a client portfolio independently
Confident in managing staff reviewing work and giving feedback
Comfortable working with cloud-based accounting software
Professional personable and eager to be part of a close-knit team
