Job Description
As Warehouse Manager you will take full ownership of warehouse operations ensuring safe efficient and compliant performance. Youll lead and develop a team of Team Leaders and key support roles to deliver on time in full every time. Working closely with internal and external partners you will drive service excellence stock integrity and continuous improvement while keeping a close eye on cost and safety.
Qualifications :
Your role as Warehouse Manager
- Lead and support your team from hiring and training to day-to-day coaching and performance.
- Make sure the warehouse runs safely and meets all legal and company standards.
- Keep stock accurate and help hit delivery targets full and on time every time.
- Work closely with other teams and customers to sort out any issues quickly.
- Look for better smarter ways of working to save time money and effort.
What youll bring
- Proven experience leading and developing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety and how to apply it day to day.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills able to stay calm and make smart decisions under pressure.
- A positive can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt when things change quickly.
