We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master with strong project management capabilities to lead and support software development teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. This position will join one of our strategic customer in the food and beverage industry requiring a dynamic individual who can facilitate Agile practices while also managing traditional project management tasks such as planning budgeting and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with multicultural cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
What is this all about
Among other tasks and duties your responsabilities are
- Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Track and report on key metrics (velocity burndown etc.) as per the project requirements.
2.Project Management Duties:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Manage risks issues and dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and broader organizational objectives.
3.Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable development goals.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
4.Team Leadership & Growth:
- Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and feedback.
- Facilitate collaboration across geographically and culturally diverse teams.
Qualifications :
Who are you
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM I or higher) mandatory
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
- Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Atlassian and Microsoft tools (e.g. Confluence Jira Teams Sharepoint).
Nice to have
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or with consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development or DevOps environments.
