Ford/Lincoln Master Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
Ensure all work meets Ford/Lincoln OEM standards
Maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing OEM training
Assist and mentor other technicians when needed

Qualifications:

Ford/Lincoln Master Certification required
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Commitment to efficiency accuracy and customer service

Mobile Service Technician (B / B Level)

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and light repair work through our mobile service program
Deliver quality service in the field while representing the dealership professionally
Communicate effectively with customers and service staff

Qualifications:

B or B level experience performing maintenance and general repair work
Ford experience or certifications preferred
Must have a clean driving record and reliable work ethic
