Job Description

As Sr. Manager LAC Field Marketing for Visa Direct you will report to the Senior Director of Visa Direct Field and Partner Marketing and Sr. Director B2B Regional Marketing - LAC and will be responsible for leading LAC marketing programs for Visa Direct.  In this role you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing ultimately delivering data-driven results. You must be an evangelist of Visa Direct to our customers and you will play an integral role in the lifecycle of Visa Direct.
You will develop a deep understanding of the playing field for your product areas which includes

  • Knowing and understanding our clients better than they know themselves including what they need and how they make their buying decisions

  • Having extensive insights on our competitors what they are doing today and where they are going in the future

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics - including regulation consumer needs and trends.  

You consistently back up strategic insights with market evidence and use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales teams to be successful. You have an innate ability to grasp and present the value propositions of our products and solutions in a way that resonates with customers and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers problems.

You will collaborate across our global and regional marketing and communications teams to develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success and are imperative in your ability to represent the brand in everything from product development and design to communications. You are obsessed with tracking performance and always have the data to prove whats working and what isnt. You are an extension of the Visa Direct Regional Product and Sales team regularly collaborating with product managers product strategists and sales - it is a balancing act that requires strong relationship-building and diplomatic skills including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of product marketing for the Visa Direct LAC across priority audiences markets and use cases as a strategic regional partner to the LAC Visa Direct product and sales teams.

  • Engage senior Visa Direct LAC product leaders to align marketing programs with business goals and priorities to deliver new revenue sales opportunities and grow transaction volumes.

  • Execute strategic marketing execution plans leveraging global strategies and content to deliver against regional Visa Direct business goals including awareness demand gen cross-sell and end user campaigns

  • Leading regional voice of the customer across target audiences to bring strategic content and programs to meet regional priorities and goals.

  • Executing Bank co-marketing programs with strategic partners to drive consumer awareness adoption and repeat usage of Visa Direct enabled solutions

  • Drive activation for key regional events supporting pre during and post promotion of Visa Direct to drive client engagements with sales.

  • Leading localization of regional marketing and sales content to help support LAC client engagements.  Development of LAC specific marketing and content to support regional use case needs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
-9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
-Bachelors degree required MBA preferred
-7 years of progressively responsible business experience with a majority in communications or marketing roles that involved B2B campaign strategy planning and execution including bringing new products to market
-Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness drive and appropriate urgency
-Audience-focused mindset with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights
-Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact
-A great team member who adds energy ideas and fun to our team and corporate culture
-Strong planning organizational and problem-solving skills
-Solid financial and analytical acumen with a strong ROI orientation
-Global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127400.00 to 184900.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
