Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Ansible Motions presence within OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and ADAS developers.
- Identify engage and develop relationships with key decision-makers within engineering R&D and procurement teams.
- Present and demonstrate Ansible Motions DiL simulators articulating their value proposition in vehicle development validation and virtual testing.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and solutions are tailored accordingly.
- Represent Ansible Motion at industry conferences trade shows and networking events to generate leads and market awareness.
- Provide regular sales forecasts market analysis and competitor insights to inform business strategy.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business development technical sales or account management within automotive engineering simulation or software industries.
- Established network or ability to develop a network within OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and ADAS developers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and C suite decision-makers.
- Experience managing a high-value consultative sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across North America for client meetings and industry events.
Desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of vehicle simulation testing and validation
- experience selling DiL simulators HiL systems software tools or related automotive technologies.
- Background in automotive engineering mechanical engineering or simulation technology.
- Experience working with vehicle dynamics ADAS validation or virtual prototyping solutions.
- Familiarity with automotive development tools (e.g. MATLAB Simulink rFpro CarMaker dSPACE or VI-grade).
