Behind the scenes our corporate teams are enabling performance shaping strategy and building a future-fit business and were looking for an Enterprise Value and Performance (EVP) Lead to sit at the heart of this. This EVP Lead will guide and evolve our company QBR process support strategic prioritisation and strengthen how we implement our strategy.
Youll play a central role in embedding our Full Potential operating modelensuring we learn quickly prioritise with discipline and execute with focus. Youll help ensure decisions are informed by high-quality insightturning data into actionable strategic choices. More specifically youll be responsible for facilitating the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process supporting group performance management and building the capability and culture of the QBR centre of excellence (CoE).
