Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will manage our online and offline communications internally and with clients to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
This role requires expertise in creating and updating content CRM writing press releases media relations managing and executing events and handling the companys social media pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms aligning with corporate values and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital social email events) to promote Cavista Holdings services and thought leadership.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM social media and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Craft compelling press releases speeches articles and executive communications.
- Manage media relations interviews and PR opportunities to enhance visibility.
- Develop crisis communication plans and handle reputation management.
- Drive internal communication strategies to foster alignment and engagement across global teams.
- Create newsletters content and leadership announcements.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Prepare presentations reports and marketing collateral for investors and partners.
- Leverage data-driven approaches to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
- A First degree or its equivalent in Marketing Communications Business or related field. A Masters degree will confer an advantage.
- 5 years experience in marketing and communications preferably within global tech consulting or diversified holding companies with strong multinational exposure.
- Exceptional writing editing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics HubSpot Hootsuite Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with PR agencies media relations and crisis management.
- Strategic thinker creative adaptable and culturally aware.
