About your tasks:
- Design and produce internal communication assets (visuals text short videos) in collaboration with Communications and Brand.
- Create structured presentations and storylines tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Collaborate across departments and countries with varied target groups
- Initiate lead and implement internal employer branding projects end-to-end.
- Apply forward-thinking and connected thinking to align messages with company culture.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You bring 3 years of experience in employer branding and strong organizational skills.
- You have a sharp eye for visuals and language and enjoy creating content that connects.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1) and at ease in international environments.
- You are confident managing stakeholders at all levels and thrive when driving content and communication projects.
