Job Description
As our Sustainability Developer you will define develop and support Category Food Logistics processes to ensure both stability and growth from a sustainability perspective. Reporting to the Category Manager you will collaborate with our global teams to create meaningful environmental progress in line with our ambitious Business Plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Challenging and driving the sustainability agenda across the Category while contributing to our safety standards
- Engaging thoughtfully with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and support impactful sustainability projects
- Participating in global matrix working groups and contributing expertise to development projects
- Supporting IWAY development through risk assessments and gap analyses to enhance sustainability performance
- Designing and facilitating knowledge-building sessions on transportation and logistics sustainability topics
- Monitoring policy developments related to sustainability and assessing their business impact
- Evaluating and reporting on sustainability KPIs with clear recommendations for improvement
- Leading the Yearly Environmental Survey process with thoroughness and strategic insight
- Identifying potential sustainability risk areas and developing mitigation approaches
Qualifications :
You bring a strong commitment to sustainability and experience working with environmental initiatives in a global supply chain preferably cold chain.

- Ability to work & collaborate effectively in our international diverse organization
- University degree in sustainability or equivalent professional sustainability experience in global supply chain preferably cold chain.
- Clear inspiring communication style and capacity to build trust-based relationships
- Ability to analyse and calculate the climate footprint of different logistics solutions and be able to explain the business case to the business teams. Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent project management capabilities and organizational skills to hold together the Sustainability agenda and follow agreed actions
- Available for travelling globally up to 30% of the time
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
